Think for first 5 things.
1. You fall under which category:
Underweight, overweight, Normal
*BMI is the basic tool to find out this.
How: by applying formula weight(kg)/Hight(mt2); Normal=18.5-24.9kg/mt2,Above 25= overweight.
2.Illness/Disease/Food allergy or, intolerance
4.Portion size control
5.Mode of cooking style e.g-steam, boiled, grilled, baked, fried.
Friends, let me tell you Food itself is not healthy.You make the food Healthy. And so, all the food items which are available & existing is only ‘FOOD’, it’s our need & limitation which makes the food GOOD or BAD. Hence, select your food wisely and better to keep in touch with your Dietitian/Nutritionist.
